Welcome to Eastside Integrative Health

Dr. Litov has been providing compassionate, comprehensive naturopathic health care for over 18 years, specializing in chronic & long term concerns. As a general practitioner, she has experience with people of all ages and a broad range of conditions although she is not a primary care provider.

Dr. Litov is excited to be offering neurofeedback (link) as an integrated treatment option. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that research has shown to be effective in conditions such as insomnia, depression, migraines, anxiety disorders, ADD, stress-related mood issues, PTSD, addictive behaviors and brain trauma.

Dr. Litov accepts most insurances including Premera Blue Cross, Regence, FirstChoice, some Group Health plans, some United Healthcare plans, Aetna & Cigna.

She offers those without insurance coverage a 20% cash discount for services. US military war veterans, in honor of their commitment, are offered a 50% cash discount for services. Evening hours available.

A complimentary 10 minute "Meet & Greet" visit is offered to those wanting to meet Dr. Litov personally prior to scheduling a first appointment. For more information on how to set this up, please call the front office.
